Community Room Rentals

Wellspring Family Services has one conference room, our "Community Room," available for other organizations (both for-profit and non-profit) to rent. The Community Room is on the ground floor of the Rotary Support Center for Families building at 1900 Rainier Ave. S., Seattle (hyperlink: http://www.wellspringfs.org/about_us/locations.php?locationID=1 ), and offers approximately 1,000 square feet of flexible space. A small kitchen is attached, and lobby and patio space are also available.

We can set up the Community Room tables and chairs for your group in several different configurations. Click here to see our standard layouts, and let us know which will work best for your purposes.

Please note the building parking lot is reserved for Wellspring Family Services staff and clients only. We ask Community Room rental groups to use street parking in the neighborhood.
