Our Direct Pay and Salary Plan
Family Services pays each of its employees on a market based compensation system which is reviewed annually to maintain competitiveness. We believe that fair market pay is important to our staff and to hiring the best people to work with our clients. Our compensation system is designed to support the mission, values and strategies by recognizing results, teamwork and professional growth. Compensation includes paid time off for holidays and vacation and career development support.
Health Care
We know this is more than just going to the doctor. We offer very good medical plan coverage for employees, with a choice of plans, dental plan coverage and a full scope wellness program. Tenure
The agency values tenured staff and awards employee gifts to staff on their anniversary dates. Once a year the agency sponsors and All Agency Day when staff come together to have meals, honor staff for their tenure, and participate in agency development and work group activities away from the work site.

For Clinicians
