Anger Management

One in five Americans has difficulty dealing with their anger. Anger is a normal emotion but when it's expressed inappropriately it can be a problem. Situations such as road rage, workplace altercations, and inappropriate anger toward neighbors may signal a need for help.

This eight-hour course (two four-hour sessions) helps people manage their anger in appropriate ways. We work on communication skills, stress reduction, conflict management techniques, health implications, and the impact of anger on others.

Is this course for you?

We welcome both men and women to take this course and encourage voluntary participants as well as those who are court ordered to attend.

The total cost for this course is $150 and pre-registration is required one week prior to the scheduled course.

This course does not address domestic violence and is not a substitute for domestic violence intervention. If you are concerned about how you are treating your loved ones, you may need a domestic violence program.
